Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 09:13AM The movie Superbror where we did a substantial amount of the work was just nominated by the Danish Film Academy for best Visual Effects and best Youth Movie. It was a great project and a lot of fun.
Congrats to Thomas Dyg, the excellent VFX Supervisor who got the nomination and to our very own Patrick O'Casey who was lead compositor.
Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 09:00AM Hope that the fine folk over at DR Drama are celebrating right now. The Danish scriptwriting duo of Peter Thorsboe and Mai Brostrøm have brought home their third International Emmy Award, after their ‘Livvagterne’ (The Protectors) show won in the Best Drama category last night.
We're proud to have worked on such a fine production. Big congrats to the winners!

Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at 01:26PM The fine folks over @ fxguide have a an excellent write-up (as always) of the exciting and impending merger of SPI's Katana technology into Nuke. It's a good read and in my mind shines a light on what I believe is the future of the 2D department: Compers will become lighters as well. It's the only thing that makes sense.
